前言

　　全國(guó)英語(yǔ)等級(jí)考試（PETS）第三級(jí)是考試五個(gè)級(jí)別中的中間級(jí)。考試分筆試與口語(yǔ)兩大部分。筆試試卷（120分鐘）由四部分內(nèi)容組成：聽(tīng)力、英語(yǔ)知識(shí)運(yùn)用、閱讀理解和寫作。PETS第三級(jí)筆試所考查的語(yǔ)言技能詳細(xì)如下：聽(tīng)力：PETS第三級(jí)考生應(yīng)能聽(tīng)懂日常生活中的獨(dú)白或談話，以及社會(huì)生活中的一般性談話或討論。該部分由A、B兩節(jié)組成?！　節(jié)（10題）：考查考生理解事實(shí)性信息的能力。要求考生根據(jù)所聽(tīng)到的10段簡(jiǎn)短對(duì)話（總長(zhǎng)約400詞），從每題所給的4個(gè)選擇項(xiàng)中選出最佳選項(xiàng)。每題有15秒答題時(shí)間（5秒用作聽(tīng)前讀題，10秒用作聽(tīng)后答題）。每篇對(duì)話或獨(dú)白的聽(tīng)前讀題和聽(tīng)后答題時(shí)間，都按題數(shù)累計(jì)給出）。每段錄音材料只播放一遍。問(wèn)題不在錄音中播放，僅在試卷上印出。
