大學(xué)英語(yǔ)網(wǎng)考視聽新體驗(yàn)4

前言

　　2007年教育部高教司頒布了《大學(xué)英語(yǔ)課程教學(xué)要求》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱《教學(xué)要求》）?！督虒W(xué)要求》重新定位了大學(xué)英語(yǔ)課程的教學(xué)目標(biāo)，“大學(xué)英語(yǔ)的教學(xué)目標(biāo)是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)綜合應(yīng)用能力，特別是聽說能力”。聽說能力是對(duì)學(xué)生語(yǔ)言能力進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)的一項(xiàng)重要指標(biāo)，社會(huì)需求也對(duì)大學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)能力提出了更高的要求，因此教育部啟動(dòng)了基于計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的大學(xué)英語(yǔ)自主教學(xué)模式改革。大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四級(jí)網(wǎng)考于2008年12月開始試點(diǎn)。網(wǎng)考模式加大了聽寫、視頻等方面的分值比例，而占比重較大的視頻題在聽、讀、寫中都要涉及到，因此，能真實(shí)反映出學(xué)生的水平。　　大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四級(jí)網(wǎng)考的反撥作用要求大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)采用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)，推動(dòng)以多媒體和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)為支撐的英語(yǔ)多媒體教學(xué)模式的改革，使英語(yǔ)教學(xué)不受時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)的限制，向個(gè)性化和自主式的學(xué)習(xí)方向發(fā)展，體現(xiàn)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的實(shí)用性、知識(shí)性和趣味性原則，最終達(dá)到“培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合應(yīng)用能力，全面提高學(xué)生的文化素質(zhì)”的教學(xué)目標(biāo)?！　　洞髮W(xué)英語(yǔ)網(wǎng)考視聽新體驗(yàn)》（1—4冊(cè)）是以《大學(xué)英語(yǔ)課程教學(xué)要求》為依據(jù)，以“應(yīng)用性、實(shí)用性和真實(shí)性”為指導(dǎo)思想，結(jié)合目前大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中對(duì)視聽課比重加大的實(shí)際情況和師生對(duì)網(wǎng)考練習(xí)材料的需求而編寫的，供大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)基礎(chǔ)階段使用。該套教材具有以下特色：　　1.突出網(wǎng)考模式的特點(diǎn)。教材無論從選材、難易度還是內(nèi)容體系上，都以大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四級(jí)網(wǎng)考題型為藍(lán)本，認(rèn)真篩選、精心設(shè)計(jì)，力求讓學(xué)生在課堂上熟悉、了解網(wǎng)考模式，掌握網(wǎng)考應(yīng)試技巧，體驗(yàn)網(wǎng)考帶來的挑戰(zhàn)和樂趣?！　?.課堂教學(xué)和自主學(xué)習(xí)相結(jié)合。教材既注重課堂教學(xué)，又注重學(xué)生課外自主學(xué)習(xí)。教材的編寫形式和設(shè)計(jì)的任務(wù)便于教師課堂操作，每個(gè)單元的材料除了足夠教師課堂使用以外，還可供學(xué)生課外操練?！　?.選材注重思想性、現(xiàn)代性和真實(shí)性。所選音頻和視頻材料貼近學(xué)生的生活和思想，內(nèi)容健康、積極向上，而且音、視頻材料均為近期出現(xiàn)在：BBC、VOA、CNN和CCTV-9中的新聞報(bào)道和訪談等節(jié)目，具有很強(qiáng)的時(shí)代感，語(yǔ)言地道、規(guī)范。　　4.主題內(nèi)容的安排由近及遠(yuǎn)、由淺入深。第一冊(cè)和第二冊(cè)的主題涉及學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)、生活的方方面面，如娛樂休閑、網(wǎng)上學(xué)習(xí)、友情、健康等話題。第三冊(cè)和第四冊(cè)的主題涉及當(dāng)前社會(huì)和世界所關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問題，如計(jì)算機(jī)安全、環(huán)境保護(hù)、災(zāi)難、商業(yè)道德、全球化等話題。每?jī)?cè)的語(yǔ)速、難易度和長(zhǎng)度基本上呈階梯狀上升。　　5.圖文并茂，版式新穎?！洞髮W(xué)英語(yǔ)網(wǎng)考視聽新體驗(yàn)》系列教材配有大量與主題相關(guān)的啟發(fā)性強(qiáng)的圖片，為語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)提供了形象的訓(xùn)練情景，加強(qiáng)了學(xué)生對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)和使用語(yǔ)言的實(shí)際體驗(yàn)。

The people come to me，who are inthe toughest spot， arent convinced they are well loved， and they arent convinced， thereare something in the world that they genuinely have passion and love for.　　Good， passion is another thing that makes people happy. （Yeah）health and passion.　　Health ，health is at the top of the list in terms of what makes you happy. Havinggood relationships with people， having a lot of very close personal friends， having a goodmarriage ，these are the types of things that make people happy.　　Well， by the way then， health， money can help you buy happiness there. Becausemoney can give you access to the best health care in the world. （Well，absolutely！）Youstill have to take care of yourself. （thats true），but it can make you healthier.　　And if you flip that around，then you 11 get to the core of what really makes peoplehappy. Because sometimes you have to take the negative to see that you are contentnow. So if people were to imagine， Im not going with it these moments that their childrenwere not well got forbidden. （Right） Then they will realize， you know what， I am prettycontent even though my car is year-older than Id like.　　Yeah， no question.
