英語口語教程2

前言

　　隨著國(guó)際交流的日益頻繁和迅猛發(fā)展，英語的口頭表達(dá)和交際能力顯得愈加重要。編者從事高校英語口語教學(xué)多年，深感對(duì)中國(guó)學(xué)生在英語口語技能訓(xùn)練方面，尚需進(jìn)行更多層面的探索，教師不僅要幫助學(xué)生克服“張口難”的障礙，更需要把“注重口語表達(dá)”的教學(xué)原則置于一種現(xiàn)實(shí)而真實(shí)的文化背景和寬松而富有情趣的語言環(huán)境中去實(shí)施，以期學(xué)生掌握準(zhǔn)確、流利而得體的英晤口語。根據(jù)《高等學(xué)校英語專業(yè)英語教學(xué)大綱》的要求，我們借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外口語教學(xué)的成果，結(jié)合多年來的教學(xué)心得，編寫了這套《英語口語教程》?！队⒄Z口語教程》問世8年來，得到愈來愈多的讀者的支持和厚愛，這使編者在受到鼓舞之余，深感責(zé)任重大。此次修訂，剔除了過時(shí)內(nèi)容，彌補(bǔ)了不足，增加了新的篇章，就是為了不辜負(fù)廣大讀者的期望，力求使教材進(jìn)一步完善。《英語口語教程》包括學(xué)生用書兩冊(cè)，供兩學(xué)年使用。每?jī)?cè)18個(gè)單元，每單元3～4學(xué)時(shí)。本教程還配有教師用書兩冊(cè)和課文錄音帶。本教程學(xué)生用書每單元包括四部分內(nèi)容：1.Way to Speak：通過簡(jiǎn)短典型的對(duì)話示范性地展示語言功能的表達(dá)方法；2.Challenge to Speak：通過內(nèi)容真實(shí)、形式多樣、大練習(xí)量的語言技能訓(xùn)練，使學(xué)生熟練掌握已學(xué)過的語言表達(dá)法，并且勇于開口表達(dá)；3.TopictoDiscuss：通過中西文化對(duì)比，要求學(xué)生在具體社會(huì)語境中，準(zhǔn)確、恰當(dāng)?shù)剡\(yùn)用語言，提高語言的連貫表達(dá)能力；4.Fun to Speak：選用富有時(shí)代特征和多層而的學(xué)習(xí)素材，使學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)語言的同時(shí)，拓寬社會(huì)文化知識(shí)的層面，進(jìn)一步提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣。本書初版經(jīng)夏祖煃教授和英籍專家Pat Adler審閱了書稿。高等教育出版社對(duì)本書的編寫和出版傾注了大量的心血。在此，全體編者向他們表示最誠(chéng)摯的感謝！經(jīng)過本次修訂，本教程質(zhì)量進(jìn)一步提高，但書中難免還存在不足之處，懇望批評(píng)指正。
