正常人體概論·解剖、組胚分冊

前言

　　本教材是在全國涉外護理專業(yè)教材建設(shè)委員會的指導(dǎo)下，根據(jù)教育部辦公廳、衛(wèi)生部辦公廳組織制定的《中等職業(yè)學(xué)校和五年制高職護理專業(yè)領(lǐng)域技能型緊缺人才培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)指導(dǎo)方案》中涉外護理（英語）教育培養(yǎng)方案，組織全國部分開辦涉外護理專業(yè)學(xué)校的骨干教師、實習(xí)醫(yī)院教學(xué)負(fù)責(zé)人共同編寫的。　　本教材編寫以高等職業(yè)教育的特點為出發(fā)點，本著創(chuàng)新性、科學(xué)性和適用性原則，結(jié)合學(xué)生專業(yè)崗位要求和培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合職業(yè)能力的實際，確定了本教材的編寫特色：　　1.我國涉外護理專業(yè)創(chuàng)辦近20多年來，始終沒有針對本專業(yè)特點的適用性教材。在本教材編寫中我們摒棄教材越編越厚，內(nèi)容越編越深的弊病，精選內(nèi)容，注重實用，并采用全新的版面設(shè)計和中、英文結(jié)合方式，突出體現(xiàn)教材的創(chuàng)新性和涉外護理專業(yè)的適用性。是高等職業(yè)教育涉外護理專業(yè)教材改革的一次大膽探索和嘗試?！　?.重視教材編寫的科學(xué)性原則，文字表達(dá)簡潔易懂。盡量刪減一些深奧和與職業(yè)能力無關(guān)的內(nèi)容，降低教學(xué)內(nèi)容的難度。各章節(jié)中的基本內(nèi)容仍用中文描述，保證了基礎(chǔ)知識的系統(tǒng)性學(xué)習(xí)，同時又拓寬了本教材的專業(yè)適用范圍。　　3.注重涉外護理專業(yè)崗位特點和雙語教學(xué)特點，每章節(jié)中的標(biāo)題、學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)、插入框、小結(jié)和術(shù)語學(xué)習(xí)均采用中、英文對照形式，每章后附有英文多項選擇題或填空題。英語單詞索引按出現(xiàn)的先后順序編排，易于教師備課和學(xué)生自學(xué)?！　?.重點名詞術(shù)語第一次出現(xiàn)時均采用中、英文對照形式。再次出現(xiàn)時，只用英語表示，使學(xué)生每學(xué)一個章節(jié)，都能掌握一些重點英文術(shù)語，為以后的雙語教學(xué)打下堅實的基礎(chǔ)。　　5.每一章中的中、英文對照都置于醒目的框框內(nèi)，框中的內(nèi)容均為本章重點。既可使學(xué)生掌握重要知識點，又可提高醫(yī)學(xué)英語閱讀能力?！　”窘滩牡木帉懙玫搅宋靼残l(wèi)生學(xué)校、福建省衛(wèi)生學(xué)校、承德衛(wèi)生學(xué)校、鞍山師范學(xué)院附屬衛(wèi)生學(xué)校和四川省衛(wèi)生學(xué)校的大力支持，在此深表謝意?！　∮捎诰幷咚接邢蓿诮滩木帉懞陀⒄Z運用方面難免有不妥之處，懇請使用本教材的師生提出批評改正意見。

　　構(gòu)成人體的基本結(jié)構(gòu)和功能單位是cell（細(xì)胞）。由于細(xì)胞的功能及所處的位置不同，構(gòu)成人體的細(xì)胞形態(tài)各異，如能接受刺激并傳導(dǎo)沖動的神經(jīng)細(xì)胞有長的突起，在血管內(nèi)能流動的血細(xì)胞呈球形或圓盤狀。許多形態(tài)相似、功能相近的細(xì)胞借細(xì)胞間質(zhì)結(jié)合在一起構(gòu)成具有一定功能的結(jié)構(gòu)，稱為tissue（組織）。人體的基本組織按其結(jié)構(gòu)和功能可分為四種類型，即上皮組織、結(jié)締組織、肌組織和神經(jīng)組織。由幾種不同的組織有機地結(jié)合，構(gòu)成具有一定形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)、完成特定功能的organ（器官）。許多結(jié)構(gòu)上連續(xù)、功能上相關(guān)的器官連接在一起，構(gòu)成能完成連續(xù)生理功能的system（系統(tǒng)）。人體由九大系統(tǒng)組成：即運動系統(tǒng)、消化系統(tǒng)、呼吸系統(tǒng)、泌尿系統(tǒng)、生殖系統(tǒng)、脈管系統(tǒng)、感覺器、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)和內(nèi)分泌系統(tǒng)。其中消化、呼吸、泌尿和生殖系統(tǒng)，除個別器官外，大部分器官都位于胸腔、腹腔和盆腔內(nèi)，并通過一定的通道和外界相通，總稱為viscera（內(nèi)臟）?！　∪梭w雖然是由九大系統(tǒng)組成，但每個系統(tǒng)中的各個器官又有其特定的形態(tài)和功能，在神經(jīng)和體液的調(diào)節(jié)下，人體各系統(tǒng)之間既相互影響和制約又相互依存和協(xié)調(diào)，從而構(gòu)成一個完整統(tǒng)一的有機體，共同完成正常的功能活動?！　“凑杖梭w的外形，人體可以分為頭、頸、軀干和四肢四部分。軀干部又可分為胸部、腹部、背部和盆部。四肢又分為上肢和下肢。
