內(nèi)容概要

河流孕育了人類文明,但人類在發(fā)展的過程中卻造成了對河流的傷害,并為此付出了代價。一個時期以來，黃河存在且日益嚴重的主河槽淤積、萎縮?！岸墤液印毙蝿輫谰?，水資源供求矛盾尖銳，水污染加劇等問題，無不反映出黃河的生存危機。因此，作者提出黃河治理的終極目標是維持黃河健康生命，據(jù)此建立了“1493”治河體系。同時，還就調(diào)水調(diào)沙不同模式，黃河洪水的控制、利用、塑造，粗泥沙控制的“三道防線”，構(gòu)建黃河水沙調(diào)控體系，以及黃河下游河道治理等內(nèi)容進行了闡述。
