內(nèi)容概要

本書為全國首部且唯一以全英文、全景式講述中國法律的新型教材，以推動法學專業(yè)的雙語教學為指導思想和基本思路。本書入選普通高等教育“十一五”國家級規(guī)劃教材，并獲得司法部第二屆全國法學教材與科研成果獎優(yōu)秀作品獎。    全書緊扣現(xiàn)行部門法的邏輯體系，涵蓋憲法、民法、商法、刑法、程序法、國際法等，以十六章之篇幅勾勒出中國現(xiàn)行法律體系和基本制度，并反映我國立法的新發(fā)展。作者在體例結構、觀點闡述等方面均有大膽創(chuàng)新，設計并使用了162個圖表，化繁為簡，啟發(fā)橫向比較研究。每章后配有法律術語和注釋及練習題和參考答案，以滿足教學之需。

作者簡介

朱羿錕，博士，暨南大學法學院教授、博士生導師、副院長，兼任廣東省人大常委會立法顧問、廣東省人民檢察院專家委員會成員、中國法學會經(jīng)濟法研究會理事、英國行政管理協(xié)會資深會員，掛職任廣東省東莞市人民檢察院副檢察長。
