內(nèi)容概要

　　《大學(xué)英語閱讀教程》一、二冊(cè)（College Reading Book 1，Book 2）是為我國大學(xué)英語專業(yè)一年級(jí)學(xué)生編寫的閱讀課教材，其目的在于（1）訓(xùn)練閱讀技能，提高學(xué)生用英語閱讀的能力；（2）強(qiáng)化語言學(xué)習(xí)過程，提高學(xué)生運(yùn)用英語的能力；（3）提高學(xué)生的分析問題和解決問題的能力。　　編寫《大學(xué)英語基礎(chǔ)教程2》時(shí)，我們首先考慮的是大學(xué)英語專業(yè)一年級(jí)的課程設(shè)置和閱讀課在整個(gè)課程設(shè)置中的位置。目前，學(xué)生入學(xué)時(shí)已具備一定的英語水平，但聽、說、讀、寫各種能力發(fā)展不平衡，總的情況為閱讀能力遙遙領(lǐng)先，而且聽、說、讀、寫各項(xiàng)技能的訓(xùn)練特點(diǎn)不盡相同，口頭語言和書面語言之間又存在差異，因此，我們認(rèn)為有必要分別開設(shè)聽力、口語、閱讀、筆譯等課程，在進(jìn)行分課教學(xué)時(shí)，貫徹“分工不分家”的原則，即各課在著重訓(xùn)練一種技能的同時(shí)，盡量兼顧其他三種技能的訓(xùn)練項(xiàng)目。閱讀課的主旨是幫助學(xué)生提高閱讀能力，除此之外，必須兼顧聽、說、和寫等各項(xiàng)技能的發(fā)展及運(yùn)用語言能力的提高。
