內(nèi)容概要

　　《實用文秘英語》包含了聽、說、讀、寫綜合語言技能的訓練。每個單元分口語和讀寫兩部分：口語部分包括問候、介紹、預約、提供幫助、請求和打擾、抱怨和道歉、辦公室日常事務、電話交談、日常工作、核對安排；讀寫部分包含簡歷、求職信、日程安排表、來訪登記、留言、請柬、會議通知、會議議程、會議記錄、索取與回復的寫作方法。
　　《實用文秘英語》側(cè)重實用性，包含了大量的對話和寫作范例，難度由淺入深，便于學生掌握實用知識。書后附有所涉材料的參考譯文、練習的參考答案以及詞匯匯總。
