作者簡介

劉決生，1970年12月生于安徽桐城，華東師范大學(xué)外語學(xué)院畢業(yè)的第一個以高考英語命題改革為研究方向的英語教育碩士。曾任多年高中英語教師，歷任上海張思中教學(xué)法研究所英語教材編輯兼所長助理，全國教育科學(xué)“十五”規(guī)劃課題“一門外語基礎(chǔ)過關(guān)的理論與實踐”課題組成員。近年來先后在上海、北京出版了《高／中考英語金鑰匙》系列、《高考英語命題透視》系列、《高／初中英語核心題庫》系列、《高考英語試題全揭秘》系列、《中學(xué)英語經(jīng)典試題150系列》、《中考英語命題思路》、《考試時間系列》之《中考英語完形填空點擊與突破》等書六十余本，共約1000余萬字。在《中國教育報》、《文匯報》、《上海教育科研》、《中學(xué)生英語讀寫》（高考版）、《英語周報》（高中教師版、初中教師版）、《英語輔導(dǎo)報》、《青蘋果》、《新聞晨報》、《少年日報》等報刊雜志發(fā)表數(shù)十篇雙語類論文與高考、中考英語輔導(dǎo)文章，且考試研究論文被中國人民大學(xué)報刊復(fù)印資料全文轉(zhuǎn)載。現(xiàn)于教育行政部門從事專職教育科研工作，參與了普通高中學(xué)業(yè)水平考試方案的設(shè)計與實施，為新課程背景下高考改革方案專家論證組成員，中考改革項目組成員，《高中課改實驗省份高考改革方案的比較研究》課題組組長，《中國教育報》等多家報刊雜志高考、中考英語欄目特約撰稿人。
