前言
《大學(xué)英語(yǔ)》是根據(jù)國(guó)家教育委員會(huì)審定批準(zhǔn)的《大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)大綱(文理科本科用)》編寫(xiě)的一套系列教材,分精讀、泛讀、聽(tīng)力、快速閱讀、語(yǔ)法與練習(xí)五種教程,于工986年出版試用本,1992年出版正式本?! ”窘滩牡木x、泛讀、快速閱讀和聽(tīng)力教程各按分級(jí)教學(xué)的要求編寫(xiě)六冊(cè),每級(jí)一冊(cè),供1-6級(jí)使用;語(yǔ)法與練習(xí)編寫(xiě)四冊(cè),供1-4級(jí)使用。精讀與聽(tīng)力教程均配有教師用書(shū)和錄音磁帶;泛讀教程1-6級(jí)也配有教師用書(shū)。對(duì)低于大綱規(guī)定入學(xué)要求的學(xué)生,另編預(yù)備級(jí)精讀、泛讀教程各兩冊(cè)。全套教材由復(fù)旦大學(xué)、北京大學(xué)、華東師范大學(xué)、中國(guó)人民大學(xué)、武漢大學(xué)和南京大學(xué)分工編寫(xiě),復(fù)旦大學(xué)董亞芬擔(dān)任總主編。前大學(xué)外語(yǔ)教材編審委員會(huì)綜合大學(xué)英語(yǔ)編審組的全體成員對(duì)這套教材的設(shè)計(jì)與編寫(xiě)自始至終給予關(guān)注?! ∵@次修訂是在廣泛聽(tīng)取全國(guó)各地使用本系列教材的教師們的意見(jiàn),并通過(guò)問(wèn)卷形式對(duì)數(shù)以萬(wàn)計(jì)的師生征求意見(jiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行的。大學(xué)外語(yǔ)教學(xué)指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)綜合大學(xué)英語(yǔ)組對(duì)本教材的修訂提供了多方面的指導(dǎo)與幫助。修訂的宗旨是“面向2工世紀(jì),將大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)推上一個(gè)新臺(tái)階”。修訂本根據(jù)各教程的具體情況,對(duì)課文作適當(dāng)調(diào)整,提高大綱詞匯的覆蓋率和常用詞匯的重現(xiàn)率,進(jìn)一步完善練習(xí),突出重點(diǎn)詞語(yǔ)的操練;同時(shí)加強(qiáng)各教程間的橫向聯(lián)系,做到既自成體系又相互補(bǔ)充,形成整體。修訂本更加注意文、理、工、農(nóng)、醫(yī)等各科的通用性,力求給學(xué)生打好“寬、厚、牢”的語(yǔ)言基礎(chǔ)?! 洞髮W(xué)英語(yǔ)》聽(tīng)力教程由華東師范大學(xué)大學(xué)外語(yǔ)教學(xué)部負(fù)責(zé)編寫(xiě)。虞蘇美、李慧琴擔(dān)任主編。參加第一、二冊(cè)編寫(xiě)和錄音編制的有關(guān)肇遠(yuǎn)、毛士國(guó)和武凝秋,參加第三至六冊(cè)的有關(guān)肇遠(yuǎn)、吳稚倩和武凝秋。楊霞華擔(dān)任主審。本教程還承澳籍專家JaneCrawford和ElizabethCraven以及英籍專家AnthonyJ.Ward協(xié)助審閱。本書(shū)為聽(tīng)力教程修訂本第一冊(cè)教師用書(shū),供大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師使用,美籍專家JohnParker對(duì)本教程的修訂計(jì)劃提出了寶貴意見(jiàn)。參加修訂本編寫(xiě)的有虞蘇美、李慧琴和關(guān)肇遠(yuǎn)。全部插圖由關(guān)肇遠(yuǎn)繪制。錄音由武凝秋參加編制。上海外語(yǔ)教育出版社的編輯同志在付梓前仔細(xì)編審,精心設(shè)計(jì),給予我們很大幫助和促進(jìn)。謹(jǐn)此一并致謝。 由于編者水平與經(jīng)驗(yàn)有限,教材中難免還有不足之處,希望廣大讀者批評(píng)指正。 本書(shū)錄音磁帶由上海外語(yǔ)音像出版社出版發(fā)行?! 【幷摺 ?997年3月
