圈養(yǎng)大熊貓研究進展

內(nèi)容概要

　　成都大熊貓繁育研究基地是在國家建設(shè)部、國家林業(yè)局和財政部等單位的支持下，經(jīng)成都市委、市政府批準(zhǔn)，于1987年春天在成都的北郊揭開建設(shè)的序幕。從第一锨土埋下圈養(yǎng)大熊貓保護的種子開始，從此熊貓基地就肩負(fù)起了圈養(yǎng)大熊貓保護和繁衍的歷史使命。20年的歷程，20年的艱辛，基地人始終用大量的汗水澆灌著大熊貓保護事業(yè)的大樹。基地圍繞著大熊貓等珍稀瀕危動物的科研、繁育、公眾教育、教育旅游以及大熊貓文化品牌打造等工作，展開了富有創(chuàng)新性的勞動。通過努力，目前基地已成為世界矚目的集大熊貓科研繁殖、公眾教育和教育旅游為一體的研究機構(gòu)和最佳旅游的目的地?！　?0年來，基地緊緊圍繞大熊貓的疾病防治、飼養(yǎng)管理、繁殖育幼、營養(yǎng)、生殖內(nèi)分泌和保護遺傳學(xué)等多方面開展了廣泛的科學(xué)研究，先后取得59項國家和省、市級科研成果。正是通過“大熊貓雙胞胎育幼研究”、“大熊貓人工授精技術(shù)的研究”和“大熊貓DNA指紋探針研究及DNA提取方法的建立”等重大科技成果的轉(zhuǎn)化應(yīng)用，以20世紀(jì)80年代搶救野外受災(zāi)留下的6只病、餓大熊貓為基礎(chǔ)，先后繁殖大熊貓82胎120仔，建立了現(xiàn)存數(shù)量達(dá)67只的全球最大的圈養(yǎng)大熊貓人工繁殖種群。
