原發(fā)性肝癌是最常見(jiàn)的消化系統(tǒng)惡性腫瘤之一，嚴(yán)重威脅人民群眾的生命及健康。男性發(fā)病率高于女性，全世界每年新發(fā)肝癌患者約六十多萬(wàn)，居惡性腫瘤的第五位，東亞及環(huán)太平洋地區(qū)是肝癌高發(fā)地區(qū)，我國(guó)新發(fā)肝癌人數(shù)占全球人數(shù)一半以上。我國(guó)發(fā)病率高的原因在于我國(guó)乙肝患病人數(shù)多，丙型肝炎的發(fā)病率近年亦有明顯的上升趨勢(shì)，肝癌多在乙肝、丙肝等慢性肝炎后肝硬化的基礎(chǔ)上產(chǎn)生。    這本《原發(fā)性肝癌--挑戰(zhàn)與展望(精)》(作者顧健人)的目的是為在肝癌和其他癌癥的免疫學(xué)，流行病學(xué)，分子遺傳學(xué)，細(xì)胞生物學(xué)和原發(fā)性肝癌的臨床腫瘤學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究人員提供理論知識(shí)。
