內(nèi)容概要

　　本書為適應(yīng)高等學(xué)校模具專業(yè)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)需要編寫，力求圖文并茂、選材新穎、注重應(yīng)用。
　　本書在側(cè)重閱讀理解、掌握模具專業(yè)常用詞匯的基礎(chǔ)上，從模具專業(yè)特點(diǎn)出發(fā)，并注意吸收現(xiàn)代模具新技術(shù)方面的有關(guān)知識(shí)，共分6個(gè)單元，分別講述了模具材料與熱處理、模具設(shè)計(jì)與工藝、模具加工與制造、模具裝配與試模、模具
CAD/CAM/CAE以及最后學(xué)生就業(yè)求職等方面的內(nèi)容，大部分文章選自相關(guān)專業(yè)教材、相關(guān)專業(yè)刊物原文或相關(guān)專業(yè)網(wǎng)站。為便于閱讀，在編排上各單元相對(duì)獨(dú)立，每篇正文后都有參考譯文，便于幫助學(xué)生理解和核查自己所掌握的內(nèi)容，同時(shí)為擴(kuò)大閱讀范圍，還增添了補(bǔ)充閱讀材料，以供學(xué)有余力的學(xué)生閱讀。
　　本書可作為高等院校模具設(shè)計(jì)與制造專業(yè)的英語(yǔ)教材，也可作為工程技術(shù)人員提高專業(yè)外語(yǔ)水平的學(xué)習(xí)參考書。
