版權(quán)頁(yè): 插圖: 接待禮儀 迎來(lái)送往,是社會(huì)交往接待活動(dòng)中最基本的形式和重要環(huán)節(jié),是表達(dá)主人情誼、體現(xiàn)禮貌素養(yǎng)的重要方面。尤其是迎接,是給客人良好第一印象的最重要的工作。給對(duì)方留下好的第一印象,就為下一步深入接觸打下了基礎(chǔ)。迎接客人要有周密的部署,應(yīng)注意以下事項(xiàng): (一)對(duì)前來(lái)訪問(wèn)、洽談業(yè)務(wù)、參加會(huì)議的外國(guó)、外地客人,應(yīng)首先了解對(duì)方到達(dá)的車次、航班,安排與客人身份、職務(wù)相當(dāng)?shù)娜藛T前去迎接。若因某種原因,相應(yīng)身份的主人不能前往,前去迎接的主人應(yīng)向客人作出禮貌的解釋。 (二)主人到車站、機(jī)場(chǎng)去迎接客人,應(yīng)提前到達(dá),恭候客人的到來(lái),決不能遲到讓客人久等??腿丝吹接腥藖?lái)迎接,內(nèi)心必定感到非常高興,若迎接來(lái)遲,必定會(huì)給客人心里留下陰影,事后無(wú)論怎樣解釋,都無(wú)法消除這種失職和不守信譽(yù)的印象。 (三)接到客人后,應(yīng)首先問(wèn)候“一路辛苦了”“歡迎您來(lái)到我們這個(gè)美麗的城市”“歡迎您來(lái)到我們公司”等等。然后向?qū)Ψ阶髯晕医榻B,如果有名片,可送予對(duì)方。
