作者簡介
艾菲德·羅伯茨(EIfed Roberts),香港大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)及工商管理學(xué)院榮譽(yù)副教授,長期從事MBA教學(xué),主講課程有“商務(wù)溝通”和“商業(yè)道德”?,F(xiàn)同時(shí)為復(fù)旦大學(xué)—香港大學(xué)IMBA及多倫多大學(xué)EMBA學(xué)生上課。擁有30余年在多國的授課經(jīng)驗(yàn),對各國文化差異以及由文化差異造成的不同商務(wù)環(huán)境
