“劍橋哲學(xué)研究指針”是英國(guó)劍橋大學(xué)出版社20世紀(jì)90年代刊行的的一套學(xué)術(shù)參考書(shū)，如原書(shū)編者所說(shuō)的：“這套書(shū)的目的之一，乃是針對(duì)艱深而富有挑戰(zhàn)性的哲學(xué)家著作，幫助讀者打消畏難心理。”對(duì)于哲學(xué)有興趣的非專業(yè)讀者和學(xué)生，由些可獲得最為權(quán)威、便利的有效指引；專家和深入研究者則由此可概覽各種批判性詮釋的最新進(jìn)展。    三聯(lián)書(shū)店以英文原版形式引進(jìn)出版“劍橋哲學(xué)研究指針”，旨在便利國(guó)內(nèi)讀者和研究者，期望這套研究指南有助于我國(guó)讀書(shū)界把握學(xué)術(shù)潮流，拓寬思想疆域。    中世紀(jì)哲學(xué)作為哲學(xué)史上的階級(jí)，既包含諸多興奮點(diǎn)，同時(shí)又一向號(hào)稱復(fù)雜難解。這個(gè)時(shí)期包括從奧古斯丁到托馬斯·阿奎那的漫長(zhǎng)歷史，又包括伊斯蘭和猶太的哲學(xué)家，如阿維森納、邁蒙尼德等?！吨惺兰o(jì)哲學(xué)》邀集頂尖的研究專家，詳盡考察中世紀(jì)哲學(xué)與相關(guān)文化、制度的關(guān)系，廣涉中世紀(jì)哲學(xué)的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域：語(yǔ)言和邏輯、上帝和存在研究、自然哲學(xué)、人性、道德和政治等，并附有歷史編年、思想家傳記資料以及中世紀(jì)的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)指南。
