內(nèi)容概要

本冊為第二冊，分16個單元，側(cè)重國際經(jīng)濟(jì)法，內(nèi)容涉及國際商務(wù)的法律環(huán)境、國際貿(mào)易慣例、合同法、WTO的法律框架、國際技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓、國際投資、國際金融法、國際稅法、國際爭端解決，等等。每單元含兩篇法律英語課文，第一篇課文為整個單元的學(xué)習(xí)重點，第二篇是對第一篇內(nèi)容的深化與補(bǔ)充，旨在幫助學(xué)習(xí)者領(lǐng)會和應(yīng)用本單元的法律知識。由于篇幅所限，本冊各單元后未提供案例。
