　　Gynaecology In Practice is written for those doctors starting their career in this specialty. The text presents a succinct account of the subject concentrating on diagnostic techniques, treatment and management. Throughout extensive use is made of colour photographs, drawings, lists and tables. The aim is to provide a 'bridge' between introductory undergraduate texts and the very large and expensive major reference works. Wherever possible evidence-based treatment options are given and referenced. A detailed list of further reading is also provided. Each chapter ends with clinical cases and associated questions to reinforce the contents of the chapter. * Abundant color photographs, drawings, bullet points, boxes, lists, and tables help to make the material easy to absorb. * Evidence-based treatment options are provided and referenced wherever possible. * Detailed bibliographies point the way to sources for additional reading. * Clinical case studies and questions at the end of each chapter help readers to master the content.
