全國英語等級考試級全真模擬試卷與詳解

內容概要

　　“全國英語等級考試”（Public English Test System，簡稱PETS），是經中華人民共和國教育部（簡稱教育部，下同）批準，由教育部考試中心設計、開發(fā)的，面向社會以全體公民為對象的開放型的非學歷性考試。其特點是：第一，它是一個覆蓋不同層次需要的、擁有五個級別的目標參照性考試體系，可對不同類型、不同水平考生的英語水平進行可靠的橫向比較?？忌皇苈殬I(yè)、年齡和學歷背景等方面條件的限制，可以根據自身英語學習的實際情況報考相應的級別。第二，運用各種考查手段，能確保全面考察考生聽、說、讀、寫的語言交際能力，尤其是對聽、說方面的考查較杰完善。第三，能科學界定各種考查要求的關系，在同一能力量表的基礎上合理設置各級考生的評價標準并給出詳盡說明。今后，這一考試將逐步改造高考、研究生入學考試、大學英語四、六級考試和其他各類行業(yè)內部英語考試，替代出國人員留學考試（EPT）、自考公共課程英語和中等職業(yè)學校英語等級考試，同時為干部的英語培訓、考核及勞動用工提供可靠、科學的依據。第四，與其他類型的英語考試相比，全國英語等級考試具有較高的信度和效度。采用了現(xiàn)代化的考試技術耗手段，能確保相同級別不同考次之間考生成績的等值，使考試成績更為科學、公平、準確。

作者簡介
