內(nèi)容概要

　　隨著新課程改革的不斷推進與深入，課堂教學(xué)領(lǐng)域的改革備受關(guān)注。從根本上變革教師的教學(xué)方式與學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方式是現(xiàn)階段課程改革的重點。新課程改革的落腳點最終在課堂，主陣地是課堂，主體是學(xué)生，關(guān)鍵是教師。形成自主、合作、探究的課堂氛圍，建立高效的課堂是學(xué)校必須優(yōu)先考慮解決的重點問題。讓我們的課堂高效而充滿活力，讓我們的課堂成為教師和學(xué)生共同經(jīng)營知識、能力、情感、價值觀的交流平臺，是我們執(zhí)著的追求。課堂是教師和學(xué)生共同的家園，“教學(xué)相長”正是對這一追求的最好注腳。于是，我們投身課程改革實踐，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，分析問題，井解決問題。發(fā)現(xiàn)和創(chuàng)造已成為教師職業(yè)生涯的重要內(nèi)容。我們一直在探索，努力讓課堂有知識、有能力、有生機、有生命的質(zhì)感。
