　　《跑好這一棒：我的辦學(xué)理念與思考》回顧了施建軍校長入主對外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)一年來的辦學(xué)經(jīng)歷，收納了施校長對辦學(xué)思想、辦學(xué)文化、辦學(xué)理念等一系列深層次的思考，闡明了辦什么樣的學(xué)校，怎樣辦好學(xué)校等核心問題，對國內(nèi)其他高校建設(shè)有著重要的參考價值。將這些講話稿拿出來出版，也是將施建軍校長多年積累的辦學(xué)理念和思想做了一次收集整理，對于高等教育同行之間的交流，共同探討高等教育中的問題；與同事進(jìn)行有效溝通都有非常積極的促進(jìn)作用。
