內(nèi)容概要

  跨文化交際學(xué),是一門新興的交叉學(xué)科,涉及人類學(xué)、心理學(xué)、語言學(xué)、傳播學(xué)、社會學(xué)等學(xué)科。從20世紀(jì)60年代開始,跨文化交際學(xué)快速發(fā)展,成為高校紛紛開設(shè)的熱門課程。目前而言,為本科學(xué)生編寫的跨文化交教材不少,但尚未有專門針對高職高專學(xué)生的。本書適用于高職高專層次商務(wù)英語和國際貿(mào)易專業(yè)的學(xué)生,可作為跨文化商務(wù)交際相關(guān)課程的教材。
  根據(jù)人才市場的變化,商務(wù)英語專業(yè)正在進行專業(yè)改造和課程體系的改革,使本專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)方案不斷優(yōu)化,以適應(yīng)市場的需要,這將進一步要求學(xué)生突出跨文化交際的應(yīng)用能力這一特色。本教材以任務(wù)型的案例分析法為主,注重事實和學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)主動性、參與性、師生間的互動性,旨在增加商務(wù)類學(xué)生的跨文化意識,克服文化沖突,提高跨文化交際水平,從而增強國際商務(wù)競爭能力。
  本書通過一個個具體典型的商務(wù)案例及經(jīng)典的跨文化事件分析討論,加深學(xué)生對不同文化的認(rèn)識,增加跨文化敏感性和實際交際能力,同時激活思維,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生發(fā)現(xiàn)和分析問題的能力,選擇的案例注重典型性、實用性、趣味性和時代感,以應(yīng)用能力為目的,對較深的理論概念不作深入的闡述,而是通過案例說明,緊密聯(lián)系商務(wù)活動中的實際問題,突出應(yīng)用能力的培養(yǎng),案例來源于國內(nèi)外近期出版的相關(guān)專著、教材、報刊雜志、網(wǎng)絡(luò)等。
