內(nèi)容概要

　　《法律英語閱讀教程（第3冊(cè)）（第2版）》共分20個(gè)單元，每單元含兩篇法律英語課文。兩篇課文圍繞一個(gè)專題從不同層面系統(tǒng)介紹了美國商法各主要領(lǐng)域的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，內(nèi)容涉及商業(yè)法律環(huán)境介紹、合同法、侵權(quán)法、財(cái)產(chǎn)法、保險(xiǎn)法、商業(yè)票據(jù)、商事組織形式等；課文前面的BeforeYouRead部分，有兩個(gè)簡單的問題，讓學(xué)生在閱讀課文之前回答，以引起他們思考。接著是FirstReading：Exercises部分，要求學(xué)生較快地讀完一遍之后完成，以訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的閱讀速度。　　此外，課文后附有理解課文所需要的法律、社會(huì)、文化等背景知識(shí)的注釋。之后是詞匯表，列出了課文中較難的詞匯和短語，給出了音標(biāo)、詞性和中文意思。最后是After-readingExercises部分，包括多種練習(xí)題，其中有主觀題，也有客觀題，加強(qiáng)學(xué)生對(duì)課文內(nèi)容的理解和對(duì)關(guān)鍵詞匯的掌握。其中的OralPractice，可以讓學(xué)生在了解法律知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上，發(fā)表自己的看法，達(dá)到提高口語表達(dá)能力的目的。
