內容概要

　　《法律英語閱讀教程（第3冊）（第2版）》共分20個單元，每單元含兩篇法律英語課文。兩篇課文圍繞一個專題從不同層面系統(tǒng)介紹了美國商法各主要領域的基礎知識，內容涉及商業(yè)法律環(huán)境介紹、合同法、侵權法、財產法、保險法、商業(yè)票據、商事組織形式等；課文前面的BeforeYouRead部分，有兩個簡單的問題，讓學生在閱讀課文之前回答，以引起他們思考。接著是FirstReading：Exercises部分，要求學生較快地讀完一遍之后完成，以訓練學生的閱讀速度?！　〈送猓n文后附有理解課文所需要的法律、社會、文化等背景知識的注釋。之后是詞匯表，列出了課文中較難的詞匯和短語，給出了音標、詞性和中文意思。最后是After-readingExercises部分，包括多種練習題，其中有主觀題，也有客觀題，加強學生對課文內容的理解和對關鍵詞匯的掌握。其中的OralPractice，可以讓學生在了解法律知識的基礎上，發(fā)表自己的看法，達到提高口語表達能力的目的。
