　　《東西方文化碰撞中的身份尋求：美國華裔女性文學(xué)研究》以“文化批評”為理論先導(dǎo)，旨在解讀美國華裔女性作家的作品，著重探討身份尋求這一主題以及為此主題服務(wù)的藝術(shù)手段。通過對湯亭亭、譚恩美早期作品的細(xì)讀，筆者試圖揭示出深嵌于美國華裔女性作家作品之中的社會及文化結(jié)構(gòu)，以理解將這些作品塑造成型的敘事和藝術(shù)實(shí)踐，并最終闡明美國華裔女性作家筆下的身份尋求過程之中的混同與融合趨勢。
