內(nèi)容概要

《法律英語核心教程》共三冊，每冊16單元，每單元由兩到三篇課文和系統(tǒng)的語言、法律技能練習(xí)組成，練習(xí)的種類豐富，涵蓋面廣。作為培養(yǎng)‘法律＋英語’和‘英語＋法律’的復(fù)合型人才的綜合基礎(chǔ)教材(或稱精讀教材)，本教程除了在練習(xí)中注重讀、寫、說、譯等英語技能的培養(yǎng)，還格外注重法學(xué)知識的輸入，各單元課文具有連貫系統(tǒng)性和知識的循序漸進性。第一冊課文主要是有關(guān)法學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)知識，第二冊側(cè)重國際經(jīng)濟法，第三冊側(cè)重法律專題討論類材料的輸入，以深入探討的形式來培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的法律技能和分析能力，同時注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生使用英語材料進行法律實踐與研究的能力，使學(xué)生能夠充分發(fā)揮和利用自己的英語優(yōu)勢。本套教程前兩冊每單元還配有針對該單元法律主題的案例，使學(xué)習(xí)者通過法律實例掌握該單元的法律知識和技能。　　本冊為第一冊，共分16個單元。其內(nèi)容涉及法學(xué)各方面的基礎(chǔ)知識，如法的定義、分類、淵源、法律與社會、道德、財產(chǎn)以及商務(wù)活動之間的關(guān)系，立法、司法和執(zhí)法的基本概念，法庭的構(gòu)成以及不同審判制度之間的異同，等等。每單元含三篇法律英語課文，第一篇課文為整個單元的學(xué)習(xí)重點，每二篇課文是對第一篇的深化與補充，第三篇課文由相關(guān)案例構(gòu)成，以促進學(xué)習(xí)者對本單元法律知識的領(lǐng)會、鞏固和應(yīng)用，并提高法律英語的閱讀能力。
