外科學(xué)

內(nèi)容概要

本書是為長(zhǎng)學(xué)制臨床外科教學(xué)編寫的教材。自1998年我校（原北京醫(yī)科大學(xué)）增設(shè)7年制臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)以來(lái)，已連續(xù)招生十四屆。參與歷年教學(xué)的教師們通過(guò)課程改革與教學(xué)實(shí)踐深感為了鞏固教改成果，進(jìn)一步提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量和加強(qiáng)校際交流，應(yīng)為長(zhǎng)學(xué)制教學(xué)編寫一本新教材的緊迫性與必要性。為此，由我校各附屬醫(yī)院和臨床教學(xué)醫(yī)院的資深教師和中青年骨干教師根據(jù)教育部對(duì)長(zhǎng)學(xué)制專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的要求，參照國(guó)外經(jīng)典教材及其他外科專業(yè)書籍，結(jié)合教師們十幾年教學(xué)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的積累及臨床教學(xué)改革的效果編寫了本教材。編寫中除了強(qiáng)調(diào)要加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)理論知識(shí)，突出寬口徑、廣適應(yīng)性的原則外，還加強(qiáng)了理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的要求。本書具有以下特色：　　1.嘗試雙語(yǔ)編寫，強(qiáng)化外語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)　本書以我?！度梭w生理學(xué)》為樣本，嘗試在教材中加強(qiáng)英語(yǔ)關(guān)鍵詞的教學(xué)，使同學(xué)通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)內(nèi)容擴(kuò)大專業(yè)英語(yǔ)詞匯，有利于提高英語(yǔ)文獻(xiàn)的閱讀能力?！　?.突破傳統(tǒng)教材的模式，提倡內(nèi)容更新，開拓思路　本教材除介紹一般教材對(duì)疾病的概念、發(fā)病機(jī)制、臨床表現(xiàn)、診斷、治療原則外，還選擇性地介紹了一些極有發(fā)展前景的新概念、新理論或短時(shí)間內(nèi)極可能推廣使用的新療法和新技術(shù)以及一些國(guó)內(nèi)尚在醞釀、國(guó)際已經(jīng)使用的新理念或新法規(guī)等，啟發(fā)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新性思維，為他們畢業(yè)后在新環(huán)境下的工作做好適應(yīng)性的準(zhǔn)備，也有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對(duì)新事物的敏感性及對(duì)新問題探索與研究的興趣。此外，教材中還包括了一些只供小組討論和個(gè)人自學(xué)的內(nèi)容，有助于學(xué)生后期的科研選題?！　?.教材配有光碟　請(qǐng)外籍教師讀講每章中的關(guān)鍵名詞及其注解內(nèi)容，幫助學(xué)生自學(xué)專業(yè)外語(yǔ)，提高學(xué)生聽、讀、說(shuō)、寫專業(yè)外語(yǔ)的能力?！　∮捎诒緯鵀槌醮尉帉?，作者人數(shù)極多，對(duì)上述編寫要求的認(rèn)識(shí)與理解不同，因此各章內(nèi)容的深度、廣度和英語(yǔ)詞匯量的選擇范圍均可能存在繁簡(jiǎn)程度不一，比例不平衡的問題，加上成書倉(cāng)促和我們的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與水平有限，不足與錯(cuò)誤之處在所難免，還有待今后在實(shí)踐中不斷改進(jìn)和完善。我們誠(chéng)邀各界同行給予批評(píng)指正。
