隨著改革開放和對外交往的發(fā)展與擴(kuò)大，英語在我國基礎(chǔ)教育中的地
位和社會發(fā)展中的作用越來越重要。但是，正如李嵐清副總理所指出的：我
國目前外語教學(xué)水平、教學(xué)方法普遍存在“費時較多、收效較低”的問題，亟
需研究改進(jìn)。外語教學(xué)中的教材問題、教師問題、語言環(huán)境問題等很重要，但
最重要的可能還是教學(xué)方法的問題。我總在想，什么時候我們能夠找到一種
適合于中國人更有效地學(xué)習(xí)外語的方法就好了。
英國哲學(xué)家培根說：“一切知識不過是記憶?！鄙飳W(xué)家達(dá)爾文說：“最重
要的知識是關(guān)于方法的知識?！睘榱寺鋵嵗顛骨甯笨偫淼闹甘?，幫助我國的
中學(xué)生學(xué)好英語，我們抓住中國人學(xué)英語記憶難這個主要矛盾，吸取中國當(dāng)
代記憶冠軍關(guān)牧林快速記憶的精髓，借鑒有關(guān)專家的外語教學(xué)經(jīng)驗，編寫了
這套“中國當(dāng)代記憶冠軍關(guān)牧林英語速記”叢書。叢書高中部分一共4本：
《高中英語詞匯速記教程》1本，旨在幫助高中生記憶詞匯；《高中英語同步
多功能記憶手冊》3本，旨在幫助學(xué)生理解記憶各冊課文。本書《高中英語同
步多功能記憶手冊》（供高中二年級使用）與最新高二英語教材同步，按單元
編寫，每單元包括：1.知識點提要；2.疑難點解析；3.學(xué)習(xí)方法指導(dǎo)；4.課
后練習(xí)答案與答題技巧點撥4個板塊。本書多功能的特點體現(xiàn)在：1.幫助
學(xué)生記憶；2.幫助學(xué)生理解課文；3.梳理本年級教材中的語法知識，向?qū)W生
做系統(tǒng)的介紹，并把這些語法知識以索引形式匯總于書后，以便查尋；4.對

語。本書幫助學(xué)生科學(xué)記憶的特點體現(xiàn)在：1.對課文進(jìn)行透徹的解析，是為
了幫助學(xué)生在理解的基礎(chǔ)上提高記憶效率；2.對重點詞語進(jìn)行辨析、對語
法知識進(jìn)行英漢比較是為了避免混淆，強(qiáng)化記憶；3.對很多知識點直接給
出了巧學(xué)巧記的方法。實驗證明：使用本書對克服我國英語教學(xué)“費時較多、
