內(nèi)容提要
隨著改革開放和對外交往的發(fā)展與擴大，英語在我國基礎教育中的地
位和社會發(fā)展中的作用越來越重大。但是，正如李嵐清副總理96年6月
在外語座談會上的講話中所指出的：我國目前外語教學水平、教學方法普
遍存在“費時較多、收效較低”的問題，亟需研究改進。從某種意義上
說，普及外語和培養(yǎng)外語人才、改進外語教學方法和提高外語教學水平已
經(jīng)不是一般的教學問題，而是影響我國對外開放方針更好實施和推動我國
經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展的重大問題。外語教學中的教材問題、教師問題、語言環(huán)
境問題等很重要，但最重要的可能還是教學方法的問題。我總在想，什么
時候我們能夠找到一種適合于中國人更有效地學習外語的方法就好了。
為了落實李嵐清副總理的指示，幫助我國的中學生學好英語，我們吸
取當代記憶冠軍關牧林快速記憶的精髓，借鑒有關專家的外語教學經(jīng)驗，
按照“學習遷移”的規(guī)律，歷時數(shù)載編寫了這套中國當代記憶冠軍關牧林
英語速記叢書，本書《初中英語同步多功能記憶手冊》與現(xiàn)行初中英語教
材同步，分年級按單元編寫，每單元包括：知識點提要、疑難點解析、學
習方法指導、課后練習點撥與答案等項內(nèi)容。它具有①幫助學生記憶；②
按單元對知識點進行提要，對疑難點進行解析；③系統(tǒng)介紹語法；④對重
點詞和易混詞進行辨析；⑤課后練習給出答案及解題方法點撥；⑥書后附
詞語辨析和語法知識匯總檢索；以便讀者查尋等多種功能。本書取百家之
長，成一家體系。為了幫助讀者記憶，本書在對課文進行透徹解析的基礎
上，對同義詞進行了比較辨析；對語法知識采取了英語與漢語比較的方法
以便于讀者借鑒漢語知識掌握英語語法；對易混知識點進行了重點比較說
明，對有關知識點還給出了巧學巧記的具體方法，堪為中學英語教輔圖書
中的上品。實驗證明：使用本書對于克服我國英語教學“費時較多、收效
較低”的弊端，提高我國中學英語教學水平有獨特功效。
