胡文仲教授等編著的《大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教程》（CollegeEnglish）出版
后，已被不少高等院校選作英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)教材，還有不少省市把
它選作高等教育自學(xué)考試的指定教材。為了使讀者學(xué)好該書(shū)，我
們編寫(xiě)了與此書(shū)相應(yīng)的《自學(xué)輔導(dǎo)》，本書(shū)內(nèi)容豐富充實(shí)、照顧到
不同程度讀者的需要：為原書(shū)主課文提供了背景知識(shí)和解決語(yǔ)言
難點(diǎn)所需的大量例句：為練習(xí)提供了答案，并補(bǔ)充了部分練習(xí)：給
副課文增加了注釋?zhuān)簽閹椭x者理解主課文，還作了中文譯文，附
于書(shū)后。
