前言

  Yi Jing(,Ching《易經(jīng)》),the Book of Changes came into being in thetimes of the Western Zhou Dynasty(西周1046~771 B.C.).It has been the most archaic works among the Chinese classics ever since.Various schools ofthinkers developed their philosophies from the primitive philosophical perspee-tives expressed in Y/.Jing(群經(jīng)之首,百家之根),like Taoism(Lao Zi老子),Confucianism(Confucius孔子),Mohism(Mozi墨子),military strat-egists(Sun Zi孫子),and alike.

本書是首次以中文、英文及漢語拼音三種文體形式對照出版,滿足于不同文化程度和專業(yè)領(lǐng)域?qū)W習(xí)易經(jīng)的需求,尤其對外籍教員和漢文化推廣者,是不可多得的研讀材料。  本書并非簡單地將《易經(jīng)》思想加以闡釋,而是解讀其對變化真諦的認(rèn)識,結(jié)合原著中情形特點(diǎn)分析的方法,以啟發(fā)點(diǎn)和案例等道出易經(jīng)哲理在現(xiàn)代的生命力和應(yīng)用意義,是各級黨政機(jī)關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、軍事指揮官及企事業(yè)單位決策層如何利用“萬變”的外部環(huán)境而適時(shí)而行、因勢而動(dòng),變不利為有利的思維工具。  有影響力是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的體現(xiàn)。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力強(qiáng)的人有個(gè)共同特點(diǎn),就是管理有理念、講話有哲理、做人做事有原則。理念是從一般人持有的觀念中提煉提升出來的,高于觀念。哲理是通過學(xué)習(xí)和繼承,在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)實(shí)踐中發(fā)揮出來的。在處理一個(gè)給出的情形,有原則可循,局面就不會失控。一個(gè)組織能夠在變革中生存而不被淘汰、發(fā)展以至壯大,在于強(qiáng)勢的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和順勢的員工駕馭變化,“唯變所適”,這是變革的法則。變化即進(jìn)退,這是變革的真諦。理念、哲理、原則、法則等,講得深刻而且直到現(xiàn)在人們意中有言中亦有的,追根溯源,來自道家和儒家,而老子和孔子的哲學(xué)思想,發(fā)自同一根本,就是《周易》。

作者簡介

張延明,教授,哈佛大學(xué)教育學(xué)博士(1992),哈佛大學(xué)教育學(xué)碩士(1988),美國康涅狄克州立大學(xué)理學(xué)碩士,心理學(xué)與督導(dǎo)學(xué)專業(yè)(1987)。哈佛大學(xué)國際教育研究員,哈佛商學(xué)院研究員,西點(diǎn)軍校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為學(xué)研究員。設(shè)計(jì)并主講的課程包括南洋大學(xué)商學(xué)院MBA、智慧型企業(yè)管理課程;MA核心課程(校長領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué));南澳國立大學(xué)暨亞太商學(xué)院新加坡分校MBA核心課程;中國國學(xué)應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、變革和服務(wù)型領(lǐng)導(dǎo);高等教育管理課程等。參與新加坡公務(wù)員管理學(xué)院管理咨詢和國際(歐洲、東南亞)校長培訓(xùn)。有豐富的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)學(xué)、管理學(xué)方面的研究、教學(xué)、企業(yè)管理咨詢和培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),包括負(fù)責(zé)校長培訓(xùn)與督導(dǎo)。在南洋理工大學(xué)國立教育學(xué)院任教,是南洋理工大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)委員會委員,從事教學(xué)、學(xué)術(shù)研究、研究生導(dǎo)師和行政工作,負(fù)責(zé)教育管理碩士課程(MEA)。

  •   書的價(jià)格有點(diǎn)貴,不過好在有中文注音,以前總把卦辭弄錯(cuò)讀音,現(xiàn)在好了。英文的注解也很詳細(xì)。值得推薦!
  •   一大半都是英文呀,有點(diǎn)浪費(fèi)
