作者簡介

莫世健，1956年4月出生于河北石家莊市，原籍四川，土家族。1982年畢業(yè)于吉林大學(xué)法律系，獲法學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位；1986年畢業(yè)于加拿大Dalhousie大學(xué)法學(xué)院，獲法學(xué)碩士；1991年畢業(yè)于澳大利亞悉尼大學(xué)法學(xué)院，獲博士學(xué)位；在澳大利亞工作期間兼讀了澳大利亞Monash大學(xué)法學(xué)院的法
