中國當(dāng)代小說選讀

前言

根據(jù)中華人民共和國教育部和美國教育部之間的協(xié)議，從1983年7月19日到8月8日，中美漢語教師在北京語言學(xué)院舉行了一次漢語教學(xué)討論會(huì)。這次會(huì)議的目的是力求在漢語測(cè)試、漢語教學(xué)的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用語言學(xué)在漢語課堂教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用等方面，促進(jìn)中美漢語教師之間學(xué)術(shù)研究的進(jìn)一步合作。討論會(huì)結(jié)束的時(shí)候，與會(huì)者一致通過了十三個(gè)科研項(xiàng)目，并由中國和美國學(xué)者共同制定了這些項(xiàng)目的具體規(guī)劃?！吨袊?dāng)代小說選讀》就是這十三個(gè)科研項(xiàng)目中的一個(gè)。它是以中國當(dāng)代文學(xué)作品為主要內(nèi)容，為在美國和中國學(xué)習(xí)漢語的高年級(jí)學(xué)生編寫的一本漢語教科書。在編寫過程中，我們首先共同選定了篇目，然后雙方又做了具體分工：中國方面負(fù)責(zé)編寫詞語例解、語法注釋、練習(xí)以及詞匯表的漢語部分；美國方面負(fù)責(zé)撰寫前言、篇章引言、詞匯表的英文翻譯以及詞語例解、語法注釋中例句的翻譯。

內(nèi)容概要

　　Selected Readings of Contemporary Clinese Short Stories is an advanced Chinese reader compiled by teachers of Chinese from China and the United States of America. This book consists of selections from five contemporary Chinese writers whose recent works reflect the many facets of life in actual Chinese society. These works, written in highly diverse styles, are imbued with both a sense of the rhythm of the times and the special character- istics of Chinese rhetoric. The editorial style aims to suit the needs of non-native speakers of Chinese. Each lesson is accompanied by explanations of words and phrases, grammar notes, and a variety of exercises. A multi-use vocabulary index, and exercise answer key, and a table of grammar terminology are also provided. The texts are marked with line numbers, and examples are keyed to the line and page numbers of the texts. The vocabulary list and all examples are translated into English. Vocabu- lary words are accompanied by ida., unsimpiified Chi- new characters, and the part of speech. This book is a worthy tool both for teaching Chinese in a classroom envi- ronment and for those readers who enjoy independentlystudying and researching Chinese language and litera-ture.

編者：劉鐮力 （美國）李又安Liu Lianli is currently an associate professor at the Beijing Language Institute .After graduation from the Department of Chinese at Nankai University in1964，she worked as an editor for Drama Circle，a newspaper published by the Chinese Dramatist Association.李又安,Adele Rickett began her study of classical Chinese literature in the 1940s.After receiving an M. A. in CkimeseStudies from the University of Pennsylvania in 1948, she went to China as a Fulbright scholar to study at Qinghua University and later at Yenching University. In 1967 she received a Ph.D. in Chinese Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and taught Chinese language and literature there for 12 years.

語言知識(shí)部分這一部分包括了詞語例解和語法注釋。其中有些內(nèi)容在基礎(chǔ)漢語或中級(jí)漢語階段出現(xiàn)過，但它們?cè)谶@里是更高水平上的重現(xiàn)，是在復(fù)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)上的提高。我們的這種編寫方法與其他一些教科書是不同的。詞語例解和語法注釋中的每一條目，都用漢語作簡(jiǎn)單通俗的解釋。而這些詞將在文章里大量重復(fù)使用。但有的學(xué)生可能不熟悉注寸由的詞匯，為了能使學(xué)生很快學(xué)會(huì)閱讀這些漢語的注釋，我們?cè)谇把院筇峁┝艘粋€(gè)“語法術(shù)語及注釋用語詞匯表”。有的詞在本書里不止一種用法，就把幾種用法都集中在該詞條下，分條闡述。每種用法都有例句及例句的英文翻譯。為了使翻譯盡量接近原文，有的英譯文可能會(huì)有點(diǎn)不大自然；有的我們貝B把一些更合乎習(xí)慣的譯文放在括號(hào)中。在許多條目后邊，除了例句以外，還附有作為例子的短語（不是完整的句子），并標(biāo)注頁碼和行數(shù)，以備學(xué)生進(jìn)一步參考。
