《漢語(yǔ)課堂視聽初級(jí)1(1DVD+1booklet)》This DVD offers a collection of 61 short video clips covering 8 common topics in beginning level Chinese. The topics and language content were selected based on a close examination of CFL textbooks currently used in the U.S. and Canada, roviding both authentic and pedagogical materials that cover many common linguistic and communicative functions.Carefully controlled vocabulary, grammar and presentation make this DVD appropriate for use in beginning level Chinese classrooms. Students will also find the videos interesting as supplementary materials for independent learning. 
This DVD is region free and can be viewed on both NTSC DVD plavers and computers. It comes with subtitles in both Simplified and Traditional Chinese and a printed booklet. Its companion website also provides easy access to searchable transcripts, vocabulary lists and quiz questions.
