作者簡介

　　周凡鈺，女，副教授，1976年8月生，吉林白山人。東北師范大學(xué)英語語言文學(xué)碩士，吉林大學(xué)法學(xué)院法律碩士。自2006年起在東北師范大學(xué)人文學(xué)院與丹麥尼爾斯布勞克哥本哈根商學(xué)院合作辦學(xué)項(xiàng)目從事國際商法的英語教學(xué)工作。
