　　本書是根據(jù)《STCW
78／95公約》和中華人民共和國(guó)海事局頒布的《海船船員適任考試和評(píng)估大綱》的要求，依據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)海船水手、機(jī)工適任培訓(xùn)、考試和發(fā)證管理辦法》中機(jī)工適任培訓(xùn)綱要，由長(zhǎng)江海事局組織編寫的。本書涵蓋了機(jī)工適任培訓(xùn)綱要中有關(guān)機(jī)工業(yè)務(wù)的內(nèi)容。編寫本書以實(shí)用、基礎(chǔ)理論夠用為度的原則精選內(nèi)容，在保證理論的系統(tǒng)性和嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性的同時(shí)更注重知識(shí)的實(shí)用。
　　本書可以作為值班水手培訓(xùn)用書。
