船舶信號與VHF通信

前言

　　為適應(yīng)航海教育國際化的趨勢，促進(jìn)雙語教學(xué)在航海教育中的使用和發(fā)展，特別是從提高航海專業(yè)學(xué)生工作語言的應(yīng)用出發(fā)，結(jié)合航海專業(yè)畢業(yè)生在船上實(shí)際工作中的需要，我們編寫了此書?！　「鶕?jù)IMOSTCW78／95公約要求：船舶駕駛?cè)藛T仍然必須具備使用視覺信號收發(fā)信息的能力、使用國際信號規(guī)則的能力及使用IMO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)海事通信用語與他船、岸臺等通信的能力。本書在編寫過程中以此要求為重點(diǎn)，并著重于實(shí)際的需要，系統(tǒng)并通俗地介紹了船舶信號和無線電話通信的相關(guān)知識，并結(jié)合了相當(dāng)多的實(shí)際示例，語言表達(dá)簡練，盡可能做到易學(xué)易懂。本書實(shí)用性、專業(yè)性強(qiáng)，且對學(xué)習(xí)航海英語是一個(gè)重要的補(bǔ)充?！　⒓颖緯帉懙挠校簞⒖酥?、楊亞東、翁建軍、楊曉。本書由陳宏權(quán)擔(dān)任主編。　　盡管編者力求做到最好，但由于水平有限，書中難免存在錯(cuò)誤和不足之處，敬請廣大讀者和學(xué)習(xí)者批評、指正，不勝感謝。

內(nèi)容概要

　　本書是根據(jù)IM()STCW78/95公約中有關(guān)視覺通信和無線電話通信的要求，以及公約對航海駕駛?cè)藛T的語言能力要求而編寫的。全書可分為兩大部分，即信號部分和無線電話通信部分。信號部分包括第一章到第六章，分別是：船舶通信的方法、船上信號設(shè)備、國際信號規(guī)則、旗號通信、閃光信號燈通信及其他通信和特殊信號；第七章是無線電話通信部分，主要介紹了不同情況下的無線電話通信方法和通信示例等內(nèi)容。書后編寫了編碼和解碼、敘述和回答、編寫、選擇等練習(xí)?！　”緯勺鳛楦叩葘W(xué)校海船駕駛專業(yè)教學(xué)用書，也可作為海洋船舶駕駛?cè)藛T、岸臺話務(wù)人員及港口管理人員的參考用書。
