內容概要
《珠寶專業(yè)英語》是寶玉石及其鑒定、加工、商貿、文化等方面的專業(yè)英語教材。涵蓋了寶石學科各方面的內容，包括寶石的概念與分類、寶石的光學性質、寶石的力學性質、寶石的鑒定儀器、寶石的合成、寶石的優(yōu)化處理、寶石包裹體、寶石的鑒定步驟、寶石的加工、部分珍貴寶石(鉆石、紅寶石與藍寶石、祖母綠、珍珠、翡翠)的寶石學特征和寶石商貿等內容。全書共有16課，內容相互獨立，每課包括珠寶銷售對話、專業(yè)詞匯訓練、關鍵短句、短文、課文、詞匯表和練習題，寶石各論的幾課后還附有與課文內容相關的閱讀材料。本教材參考英文書刊和專業(yè)網站編寫，內容豐富、題材廣泛、語言流暢、文字活潑、圖文并茂，具有較強的可讀性。
使用過程中可根據具體教學或學習情況做適當取舍。參考學時數為60～80
學時。
本書光盤中附有注音標的專業(yè)詞匯，以方便學習過程中直接使用。
