內(nèi)容概要

本教材以歐美電影為素材，通過新穎的架構(gòu)和啟發(fā)性的練習(xí)，側(cè)重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對文化信息的理解，增強其跨文化的敏感度。全書共11個單元，其中9個常規(guī)單元，2個欣賞單元。每單元框架如下：海報(Attention)，新片預(yù)告(Trailer)，看片會(The Films)，文化知識測驗(Quiz on the Culture)，文化沖擊(culture Shock)。各單元沒有按照難易度呈階梯式分布，教師可根據(jù)學(xué)生的具體情況安排教學(xué)內(nèi)容和進(jìn)度。該教材適合英語專業(yè)一、二年級學(xué)生使用，配有多媒體光盤。該教材也可供廣大英語愛好者和自學(xué)者選用。
