前言

  國(guó)家大量地派科研人員、大學(xué)教師、管理干部出國(guó)進(jìn)修或攻讀碩士、博士學(xué)位,是改革開(kāi)放的一個(gè)重要組成部分。教育部旗下的十一個(gè)出國(guó)留學(xué)人員培訓(xùn)部(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“出國(guó)部”)既是改革開(kāi)放的受益者,也積極地參與了國(guó)家公派留學(xué)人員出國(guó)前的外語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)工作,為改革開(kāi)放做出了貢獻(xiàn)?! 楸WC公派留學(xué)人員的英語(yǔ)水平能夠達(dá)到在國(guó)外學(xué)習(xí)、生活的要求,國(guó)家先后嘗試了多種選拔、培訓(xùn)方式。從20世紀(jì)80年代的English Proficiency Test(EPT),到后來(lái)的Visiting Scholar Test(VST)、Public English Testing System Level 5(PETS5)等,直至今日的“公派留學(xué)人員英語(yǔ)統(tǒng)考”(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“統(tǒng)考”),目的只有一個(gè):讓英語(yǔ)“過(guò)關(guān)”的人直接出國(guó),讓英語(yǔ)還欠火候的人培訓(xùn)后達(dá)到要求再出國(guó)?! ∧壳皥?zhí)行的申請(qǐng)國(guó)家留學(xué)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的方法是,業(yè)務(wù)審評(píng)由相關(guān)專業(yè)的專家負(fù)責(zé);在英語(yǔ)水平評(píng)價(jià)方面,申請(qǐng)人需參加PETS5考試(每年舉行兩次,見(jiàn)教如果總分達(dá)到60分,聽(tīng)力達(dá)到18分,口語(yǔ)達(dá)到3分,就可以拿到“合格證”。國(guó)家留學(xué)基金管理委員會(huì)規(guī)定,如果總分達(dá)到55分,聽(tīng)力達(dá)到18分,口語(yǔ)達(dá)到3分,就視為英語(yǔ)合格,可以出國(guó)。如果不參加PETS5考試,或參加考試但未達(dá)到上述標(biāo)準(zhǔn),就可以到某個(gè)出國(guó)部參加培訓(xùn)。并參加學(xué)期末舉行的統(tǒng)考。統(tǒng)考合格的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是:總分達(dá)到90分(滿分160),聽(tīng)力達(dá)到20分(滿分40),口語(yǔ)達(dá)到18分(滿分30)。

  •   1月5號(hào)考試,元旦期間2號(hào)買(mǎi)的,3號(hào)收到。沒(méi)時(shí)間自己看,只做了模擬題的聽(tīng)力,只聽(tīng)數(shù)字和拼寫(xiě)部分,結(jié)果考試的時(shí)候PART2有3個(gè)拼寫(xiě),2個(gè)數(shù)字和1個(gè)人名,幫助挺大的。已知道這個(gè)考試過(guò)了
  •   老師指定的聽(tīng)力教材,但不能全部靠這個(gè)。
  •   聽(tīng)力最難
  •   為即將到來(lái)的英語(yǔ)面試準(zhǔn)備(國(guó)家留學(xué)基金委),不愿意去培訓(xùn)中心學(xué)習(xí),先把面試過(guò)了;也順便是準(zhǔn)備PETS5,一樣就一舉兩得了。
  •   有分類訓(xùn)練何模擬測(cè)試,可以根據(jù)自己的情況有針對(duì)性的選擇練習(xí)。
  •   不錯(cuò),正版!物流給力。
  •   培訓(xùn)用書(shū),對(duì)考試有用
  •   挺多的內(nèi)容,需要時(shí)間去學(xué)習(xí)還好。
  •   內(nèi)容較少,比真題難很多
  •   快遞很快就送到了手中,就是紙質(zhì)不太好,有點(diǎn)遺憾哦
  •   書(shū)的紙張質(zhì)量不是很好,有公派留學(xué)系列的其它書(shū),感覺(jué)差別很大。不過(guò)有光盤(pán),總體還可以吧
  •   提高聽(tīng)力有作用。
