內容概要

本書內容編排上與酒店行業(yè)的實際運營流程緊密結合，本書分為五個部分來編排：第一部分酒店概況，第二部分前廳業(yè)務，第三部分客房業(yè)務，第四部分餐飲業(yè)務和第五部分其他業(yè)務。     本書充分考慮了職業(yè)能力要求與讀者學習的便易，在符合英語教學規(guī)律的前提下，將每一部分按場景分單元進行組織。全書共28個單元，每個單元從“場景背景”入手，通過“場景對話”總結出酒店一線部門在實際操作中最常用、最簡潔的短語和例句，讓讀者通過“聽力訓練”環(huán)節(jié)和“場景表演”環(huán)節(jié)來加強記憶，以達到學以致用的目的。
