內(nèi)容概要

作者著述本書(shū)的目的主要有二：其一，以簡(jiǎn)潔、清晰但卻不乏說(shuō)服力的方式為法學(xué)院學(xué)生提供一本國(guó)際法的基礎(chǔ)讀本；其二，以英文這一國(guó)際通用語(yǔ)言寫(xiě)成此書(shū)，為國(guó)際法雙語(yǔ)教學(xué)的有益嘗試提供可供選用的基礎(chǔ)性素材。本書(shū)的寫(xiě)作始終遵循如下指導(dǎo)思想：結(jié)構(gòu)合理、思路清晰、言之有據(jù)，論之有理，力避武斷、簡(jiǎn)潔明快。 本書(shū)的主要適用對(duì)象包括：國(guó)際法專業(yè)研究生、法學(xué)院本科生及外交工作人員。此外，對(duì)于一般法律實(shí)務(wù)者和法學(xué)研究者了解國(guó)際法的基礎(chǔ)理論和實(shí)踐，本書(shū)也具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
