《點(diǎn)擊職業(yè)英語(yǔ)》是為配合高職高專(zhuān)教育公共英語(yǔ)課程教學(xué)改革而組織編寫(xiě)的系列教材。該系列教材全面貫徹高職高專(zhuān)教育公共英語(yǔ)課程教學(xué)改革的目標(biāo)要求，全程側(cè)重學(xué)生英語(yǔ)實(shí)際應(yīng)用能力，尤其是聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力的培養(yǎng)，同時(shí)注重學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)能力和職業(yè)素質(zhì)的提高，是針對(duì)高職高專(zhuān)學(xué)生目標(biāo)需求及其興趣而設(shè)計(jì)的一套綜合性公共英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)課程?！　　饵c(diǎn)擊職業(yè)英語(yǔ)》系列教材包括基礎(chǔ)英語(yǔ)和職業(yè)英語(yǔ)兩大模塊。其中，基礎(chǔ)英語(yǔ)模塊由四個(gè)級(jí)別組成，每級(jí)包括《學(xué)生頻道》、《練習(xí)頻道》、《聽(tīng)說(shuō)頻道》和《教師頻道》，并配有供學(xué)生利用計(jì)算機(jī)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行自主學(xué)習(xí)的多媒體課件；職業(yè)英語(yǔ)模塊由一系列專(zhuān)門(mén)的職業(yè)英語(yǔ)課程構(gòu)成，體現(xiàn)英語(yǔ)在相關(guān)職業(yè)中的應(yīng)用?！　　饵c(diǎn)擊職業(yè)英語(yǔ)》基礎(chǔ)英語(yǔ)模塊注重聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)語(yǔ)言基本技能與功能、語(yǔ)法、詞匯等語(yǔ)言基礎(chǔ)能力的全面培養(yǎng)，強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)習(xí)真實(shí)自然的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言，尤其是日常生活用語(yǔ)。該系列教材采用交際教學(xué)方法，教材中設(shè)計(jì)了多種形式的雙人 或小組活動(dòng)，供學(xué)生在課內(nèi)訓(xùn)練完成。內(nèi)容由易到難，循序漸進(jìn)，學(xué)生通過(guò)完成任務(wù)和活動(dòng)訓(xùn)練即可鞏固所學(xué)內(nèi)容?！　　秾W(xué)生頻道》是供學(xué)生使用的教材。每個(gè)單元開(kāi)始部分為學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)。在開(kāi)始學(xué)習(xí)一個(gè)單元之前，學(xué)生應(yīng)先了解這些目標(biāo)，并在隨后的學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中不斷聯(lián)想這些目標(biāo)，因?yàn)閷W(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)可以幫助學(xué)生明確每一單元內(nèi)容的學(xué)習(xí)目的。在每個(gè)單元中，語(yǔ)法和詞匯知識(shí)通過(guò)表格形式呈現(xiàn)，一目了然，其后配有置于一定語(yǔ)言情景中的相關(guān)練習(xí)活動(dòng)?！　≡擃l道的另一個(gè)顯著特點(diǎn)是圖片故事，即以圖片的形式講述了同住美國(guó)洛衫磯一套公寓樓內(nèi)14個(gè)典型人物的故事。這些圖片故事提供了真實(shí)的語(yǔ)言交際情境，使學(xué)生能夠通過(guò)接觸不同國(guó)家的人，體驗(yàn)到實(shí)用鮮活的英語(yǔ)。另外，這些故事生動(dòng)有趣、時(shí)代感強(qiáng)，沙及豐富的文化背景知識(shí)，有利于學(xué)生對(duì)照自己的文化，體驗(yàn)一個(gè)非常有趣的學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程。每御單元以“鎖定頻道”結(jié)尾，通過(guò)一幅取自下一單元故事的圖片，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生預(yù)瀏下一單元的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容?！　　毒毩?xí)頻道》與《學(xué)生頻道》配套使用，其中的活動(dòng)專(zhuān)為學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)而設(shè)計(jì)，學(xué)生可在課內(nèi)或課外完成?！毒毩?xí)頻道》專(zhuān)門(mén)附有托業(yè)橋（TOEIC BRIDGE)和托業(yè)(TOEIC)考試樣題，以便學(xué)生了解和熟悉這兩個(gè)國(guó)際知名的職業(yè)英語(yǔ)測(cè)試的題型和剛試方式，并借此自我測(cè)評(píng)英語(yǔ)實(shí)際應(yīng)用能力?！堵?tīng)說(shuō)頻道》專(zhuān)門(mén)提供了大量的聽(tīng)說(shuō)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，以提高學(xué)生用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行口頭交際的能力?！　　督處燁l道》為教師提供了具體的教學(xué)建議及一些擴(kuò)展活動(dòng)，為教師全面貫徹本系列教材的教學(xué)理念提供指導(dǎo)和幫助。
