2000上海國(guó)際智能交通及管理技術(shù)研討會(huì)論文集

內(nèi)容概要

　　近幾年來(lái)，智能交通系統(tǒng)的重要性已日益引起人們的重視，它將成為21世紀(jì)道路交通的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，也將是一個(gè)現(xiàn)代化城市的標(biāo)志之一，會(huì)給人們的出行帶來(lái)更安全、準(zhǔn)時(shí)和高效的保障。上海市科委同荷蘭交通部、ERTICO在幾年前就相互表達(dá)了在ITS領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行技術(shù)交流和合作的興趣。2000年4月，在上海市科學(xué)技術(shù)委員會(huì)同荷蘭交通部的共同促進(jìn)下，上海與荷蘭有關(guān)單位簽訂了關(guān)于“上海市高架道路交通阻塞癥結(jié)分析和研究”的合作備忘錄，并順利地開始實(shí)施?！　榱藬U(kuò)大上海在ITS領(lǐng)域同歐洲國(guó)家的技術(shù)交流與合作范圍，經(jīng)上海市科學(xué)技術(shù)委員會(huì)倡議，荷蘭交通部、ERTICO一致同意，2000年11月在上海舉行一次ITS技術(shù)研討會(huì)。這一活動(dòng)很快就得到了中國(guó)國(guó)家科技部歐洲聯(lián)盟委員會(huì)等機(jī)構(gòu)以及中國(guó)和歐洲ITS專家的支持，他們以各種方式積極參與。在提交給本次研討會(huì)的40余篇論文中，經(jīng)組委會(huì)組織中方專家和ERTIC0專家評(píng)審，篩選出34篇編輯成論文集，由同濟(jì)大學(xué)出版社正式出版。
