內(nèi)容概要

為了方便涉外法律從業(yè)人員的工作，本書詳細(xì)介紹了幾種重要、實(shí)用的法律文書的寫作方法。 本書共分為四部分，第一部分為律師信函。在該部分中作者介紹了幾種常用信函的寫法，即與訴訟相關(guān)的信函和與當(dāng)事人的溝通信函；第二部分介紹了案件法律分析報告的寫法。該部分內(nèi)容主要介紹了概括事實(shí)的方法、提出案件主要爭議點(diǎn)的方法以及案件討論的寫作方法；第三部分著重介紹向初審法院提交的案件辯論書的寫作方法和向上訴法院提交的案件辯論書的寫作方法；第四部分簡單介紹了上訴法院法庭辯論應(yīng)該注意的問題。     本書的參考資料全部來自美國知名法學(xué)院學(xué)生用原版法律英語寫作參考用書，我們力求保證所選資料的原汁原味。同時，書中引用了不少的律師信函、案件法律分析報告、案件辯論書等主要法律文書的原版范本，其中包括作者在美國印第安納州司法部工作時所寫的法律文書原件。本書彌補(bǔ)了國內(nèi)法律英語寫作方面的一項空白，是一本為法學(xué)院學(xué)生，特別是意欲到英美國家法學(xué)院深造學(xué)習(xí)人員，以及涉外法律從業(yè)人員提供的實(shí)用法律英語寫作參考用書。
