內(nèi)容概要

為了方便涉外法律從業(yè)人員的工作，本書(shū)詳細(xì)介紹了幾種重要、實(shí)用的法律文書(shū)的寫(xiě)作方法。 本書(shū)共分為四部分，第一部分為律師信函。在該部分中作者介紹了幾種常用信函的寫(xiě)法，即與訴訟相關(guān)的信函和與當(dāng)事人的溝通信函；第二部分介紹了案件法律分析報(bào)告的寫(xiě)法。該部分內(nèi)容主要介紹了概括事實(shí)的方法、提出案件主要爭(zhēng)議點(diǎn)的方法以及案件討論的寫(xiě)作方法；第三部分著重介紹向初審法院提交的案件辯論書(shū)的寫(xiě)作方法和向上訴法院提交的案件辯論書(shū)的寫(xiě)作方法；第四部分簡(jiǎn)單介紹了上訴法院法庭辯論應(yīng)該注意的問(wèn)題。     本書(shū)的參考資料全部來(lái)自美國(guó)知名法學(xué)院學(xué)生用原版法律英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作參考用書(shū)，我們力求保證所選資料的原汁原味。同時(shí)，書(shū)中引用了不少的律師信函、案件法律分析報(bào)告、案件辯論書(shū)等主要法律文書(shū)的原版范本，其中包括作者在美國(guó)印第安納州司法部工作時(shí)所寫(xiě)的法律文書(shū)原件。本書(shū)彌補(bǔ)了國(guó)內(nèi)法律英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作方面的一項(xiàng)空白，是一本為法學(xué)院學(xué)生，特別是意欲到英美國(guó)家法學(xué)院深造學(xué)習(xí)人員，以及涉外法律從業(yè)人員提供的實(shí)用法律英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作參考用書(shū)。
