　　Dimitris G.Manolakis：于希臘雅典大學(xué)獲得物理學(xué)士學(xué)位和電氣工程博士學(xué)位，現(xiàn)任美國(guó)麻省林肯實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究員；曾在Riveride研究所任主任研究員，并曾在雅典大學(xué)、美國(guó)東北大學(xué)、波士頓學(xué)院、沃切斯特理工學(xué)院任教?！　inay K.Ingle：于倫斯勒理工學(xué)院獲得電氣和計(jì)算機(jī)工程的博士學(xué)位，曾在多所大學(xué)講授過(guò)信號(hào)處理課程，具有豐富的研究經(jīng)歷；1981年加入美國(guó)東北大學(xué)，目前在電氣工程和計(jì)算機(jī)系任職?！　tephen M.Kogon：于佐治亞理工學(xué)院獲得電氣工程博士學(xué)位，現(xiàn)任美國(guó)麻省林肯實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究員；曾就職于Raytheon公司、波士頓大學(xué)和佐治亞技術(shù)研究所。
