高等學(xué)校研究生英語系列教材（上）

前言

　　《研究生英語綜合教程》（以下簡稱《綜合教程》）為“高等學(xué)校研究生英語提高系列教材”之一，依據(jù)（《非英語專業(yè)研究生英語教學(xué)大綱》的要求，基于廣泛而深入的調(diào)研，充分考慮與大學(xué)本科階段的銜接，根據(jù)研究生英語教學(xué)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行設(shè)計和編寫，旨在通過說、讀、寫、譯等技能的綜合訓(xùn)練，提高研究生閱讀、翻譯和寫作的能力?！毒C合教程》包含上、下兩冊，內(nèi)容難度和學(xué)習(xí)重點(diǎn)有所不同，可用于研究生階段兩個學(xué)期的英語教學(xué)，也可由教師根據(jù)學(xué)生的實(shí)際水平選擇使用?！　　毒C合教程》每冊包含10個單元，每單元的說、讀、寫、譯活動圍繞一個特定主題展開。這樣的設(shè)計有助于增強(qiáng)學(xué)生在語篇層次上的說、讀、寫、譯能力，提高他們對所讀材料的分析判斷和歸納總結(jié)能力，以及用英語就某一話題表達(dá)觀點(diǎn)的能力。（《綜合教程》遵循“讀寫結(jié)合，以讀寫促說”的原則，保證教學(xué)過程中語言輸入豐富準(zhǔn)確，輸出活動形式多樣，有效提高學(xué)生的語言理解與表達(dá)能力。本教程的課堂教學(xué)活動經(jīng)過精心設(shè)計，使學(xué)生在理解課文的基礎(chǔ)上能用目標(biāo)語表達(dá)對主題的理解，并能進(jìn)一步就主題進(jìn)行討論。　　《綜合教程》課文選用了真實(shí)的語言素材，讓學(xué)生接觸真實(shí)環(huán)境下的英語。在閱讀文章前，教材設(shè)計了以任務(wù)為中心、生動有趣的口語熱身活動。在閱讀文章后，設(shè)計了閱讀理解練習(xí)以及基于文章理解的思考討論題。教師用書中提供了口語活動的操作指導(dǎo)、語言提示，以及一些備用的課堂口語活動和討論話題，這不僅方便了教師的教學(xué)，而且能夠滿足不同程度學(xué)生的需求，使盡可能多的學(xué)生參與到討論活動中。
