前言

  隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化步伐的加快,我國對外開放的深度和廣度也在不斷地加大。尤其是我國加入世界貿(mào)易組織之后,外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)日益增長,在激烈的競爭形勢下,各行各業(yè)對國際商貿(mào)從業(yè)人員的能力和素質(zhì)提出了更高的要求。國際商貿(mào)從業(yè)人員需要在文化素質(zhì)、職業(yè)道德、商業(yè)知識、國際服務(wù)意識、工作語言(特別是英語)的水平和溝通技巧等方面達(dá)到一個(gè)新的高度,既要具備較強(qiáng)的輔助管理能力、文書處理能力與協(xié)調(diào)溝通能力,又要通曉英語,成為具有一定商務(wù)知識和行政事務(wù)處理能力的復(fù)合型人才。  為了順應(yīng)這一國際化大趨勢對商務(wù)英語人才提出的新要求,深圳職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院從2002年起開設(shè)了“商務(wù)交際”課程。該課程主要通過教學(xué)和實(shí)踐,使商務(wù)英語專業(yè)的學(xué)生了解并熟悉商務(wù)交際活動(dòng)的主要內(nèi)容及其背景知識,并通過大量模擬商務(wù)背景下的實(shí)踐活動(dòng),重點(diǎn)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的英語交際能力、一定的創(chuàng)新精神和解決問題的能力。考慮到目前的形勢和國內(nèi)高職專業(yè)英語教學(xué)改革的需要,我們決定編寫這本《商務(wù)交際》,將多年教學(xué)改革及實(shí)踐的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與更多同業(yè)人士分享。本書的總體設(shè)計(jì)具有以下幾個(gè)方面的特點(diǎn):  獨(dú)創(chuàng)性。國內(nèi)有關(guān)商務(wù)交際的教材種類繁多,大多都傾向于英語口語的單項(xiàng)練習(xí)。本書首次將交際口語、溝通的理論技巧及溝通中的文化差異三者緊密結(jié)合起來,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生處理各種交際情況的綜合技能。  另外,本書的獨(dú)創(chuàng)性還體現(xiàn)在本書最后一章即非言語交際的內(nèi)容上。非言語交際是商務(wù)交際的重要組成部分。本書除了系統(tǒng)介紹幾種非言語交際形式外,還有針對性地設(shè)計(jì)了各種模擬活動(dòng),不僅讓學(xué)生充分意識到在商務(wù)情景中身體語言的重要性,還要學(xué)習(xí)掌握如何正確地運(yùn)用身體語言來達(dá)到成功交際的目的。

內(nèi)容概要

“高職高專商務(wù)英語實(shí)踐系列教材”以全新的視角實(shí)踐了商務(wù)與英語一體化、教學(xué)與評估一體化的教學(xué)理念,是一套具有國際視野和中國特色的教材。本教材充分體現(xiàn)了高職高專商務(wù)英語專業(yè)“以實(shí)踐為核心,以英語為主線,以商務(wù)為背景”的教學(xué)模式,引入多元教學(xué)評估體系,全英文編寫,重點(diǎn)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的商務(wù)實(shí)踐能力。    《商務(wù)交際》是融理論知識、溝通技巧、案例分析與現(xiàn)場模擬為一體的教材,有如下特點(diǎn):    獨(dú)創(chuàng)性:首次將交際口語、溝通的理論技巧及溝通中的跨文化差異三者緊密結(jié)合,并系統(tǒng)講述了非言語交際形式,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生在不同商務(wù)情景下守成各種交際任務(wù)的綜合技巧。    科學(xué)性:結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)合理,單元內(nèi)部模塊分明,訓(xùn)練目標(biāo)清晰;采用單元評估的形成性考核試試教學(xué)和評估有機(jī)結(jié)合。    靈活性:各單元相對獨(dú)立,活動(dòng)形式豐富多樣。
