內(nèi)容概要

　　課文前設(shè)有Introduction，課文配有腳注，提供簡單易懂的Background Inform，ation。這部分內(nèi)容使學(xué)生對課文的主要內(nèi)容和背景知識有一個大概的印象，既解決閱讀課文時遇到的部分困難，又能提高閱讀興趣。課文后設(shè) Reading Skills and Practice，內(nèi)容包括根據(jù)上下文猜測詞義的練習(xí)和根據(jù)課文特點設(shè)計的、能解決本課閱讀難點的閱讀技能練習(xí)。安排這部分內(nèi)容是為了使學(xué)生對課文的篇章結(jié)構(gòu)及語言特點等有一個比較清醒的認(rèn)識，把詞的學(xué)習(xí)與詞所處的語境緊密聯(lián)系起來。多項選擇是引導(dǎo)學(xué)生加深對課文內(nèi)容的理解。詞匯練習(xí)和句子結(jié)構(gòu)練習(xí)的形式靈活多樣，旨在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對語言基本要素的學(xué)習(xí)意識，提高閱讀與寫作能力。英譯漢練習(xí)是通過翻譯加強(qiáng)對課文的理解，提高學(xué)生的翻譯水平。
