作者簡介

　　白安竹老師從1993年開始涉足英文教學(xué)，他既是位老師又是位作家，撰寫了三十多本英語學(xué)習(xí)用書，包括課堂用書、補充資料、測驗資料以及自學(xué)用書等?！　“装仓癞厴I(yè)于加利福尼亞大學(xué)圣克魯茲分校，獲學(xué)士學(xué)位。在英語教學(xué)領(lǐng)域工作了幾年后，他又回到學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)，并取得哈佛大學(xué)的教育碩士學(xué)位?！　“桌蠋煹慕虒W(xué)重點在教學(xué)的內(nèi)容上。他盡量把當(dāng)?shù)匾恍┯腥さ闹黝}融合到他的書里，同時，他也取材于世界各地的見聞，使得他的書更國際化。白老師很喜歡寫一些文化議題，因為他相信語言跟文化之間有著密不可分的關(guān)系，在教授國際語言——英語的同時致力于加強文化方面的了解。
