本書(shū)從社會(huì)心理學(xué)和社會(huì)教育學(xué)的角度,采用定量和定性結(jié)合的實(shí)證調(diào)查方法,探討了中國(guó)少數(shù)民族學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度和動(dòng)機(jī)與英語(yǔ)水平的關(guān)系?! 」灿衼?lái)自云南省四個(gè)少數(shù)民族(彝族,壯族,苗族和哈尼族)的中學(xué)生參加了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和英語(yǔ)水平考試以及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)采訪。作者對(duì)問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行了因子分析得出八種態(tài)度和動(dòng)機(jī)類(lèi)型。皮爾遜相關(guān)系數(shù)表明,內(nèi)部動(dòng)機(jī),對(duì)外國(guó)語(yǔ)言和文化的態(tài)度,父母和老師的期望以及對(duì)自己民族身份的態(tài)度等四個(gè)因子,與英語(yǔ)水平成正相關(guān)。多項(xiàng)回歸分析則顯示,影響少數(shù)民族學(xué)生英語(yǔ)成績(jī)的前三個(gè)最重要的指標(biāo)是:學(xué)習(xí)焦慮,對(duì)外國(guó)語(yǔ)言和文化的態(tài)度以及內(nèi)部動(dòng)機(jī)。
